■Notes
• Customers using Japan Post Bank's comprehensive accounts (regular savings and regular time deposits) can use this app.
*Not available for transfer accounts and corporate accounts, etc.

* When registering, you will need your account number, name in Katakana, date of birth, ATM card PIN, and phone number (*).
* For identity verification, a verification code will be sent to the phone number registered to your account. If your registered phone number is a landline, you will receive a call via automated voice message; if it is a mobile phone, you will receive an SMS (Short Message Service) notification. Please register in an environment where you can receive notifications. You can change your registered phone number at a Japan Post Bank ATM. If your old phone number is registered, please change it beforehand. If you use the Japan Post Bank Authentication App for identity verification, you do not need to enter your ATM card PIN or verification code. Also, if you registered your account using a counter tablet or the Japan Post Bank Procedure App, you can skip some steps in the app registration process.

* Never share your verification code with anyone.

* You can log in using a passcode (4 digits), pattern authentication, or biometric authentication (face/fingerprint).

* You can register up to two accounts in the app.
* This is only possible if the account names are the same.

* You can perform transactions such as money transfers by setting up authentication in advance.

* If you are using Japan Post Bank Direct, setting up authentication will switch to app-based authentication. One-time password authentication using tokens, etc., will no longer be possible and cannot be reverted.

* If you enter your cash card PIN incorrectly a certain number of times during registration, you will need to go to a branch to have the "PIN Incorrect Count Reset" procedure performed.

* If you cancel or reapply for Japan Post Bank Direct, you will need to re-register with the app.

* You will no longer be able to view statements from before re-registration.

* You cannot register with the app between 23:55 and 00:05 the following day.

* The app is free to use. However, you will be responsible for communication charges incurred during download and use.
