DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

To the pharmacy
In this part of the application we provide a list of unselected recipes. All you have to do is show the prescription from your mobile phone in the pharmacy, the pharmacist scans the barcode from the screen and dispenses the medicine to you. If there are cheaper medicines with the same active ingredient for your prescribed medicine, we will show you this in this section, together with information on possible savings on supplements and drug interactions.

In my area
In the My Neighborhood section, you have an overview of doctors, pharmacies and emergency departments whenever you need it and according to where you are currently. You can find a doctor by expertise, distance, or by whether the provider is our contract partner.

Comments
Notifications in the form of a push message will remind you of the right to a preventive examination, information on the prescribed prescription, drug interactions, the possibility to evaluate a doctor's visit, as well as information on the handling of health care complaints.

Insurance card
In the application, you have your insurance card and at the same time the cards of your children or persons in your care. This also applies to the European Card (EHIC). We also inform you about the right to health care.

Adding a baby
Do you want to have an overview of your child as well? Add your child via the mobile app and get access to an overview of the health services or medications he or she is currently taking. And you will always have the card at hand.

My health
You can view your health card, the card of your children or your carers.
We offer:

• the possibility to file a claim for the provided performance with a doctor or medicine
• the possibility to rate a doctor

Login to eBrank
The VšZP application will help you securely log in to the eBrank. Log in to www.epobocka.com using your login and password and confirm access in the VšZP mobile application.

SOS first aid card
Within the SOS card, basic health data, which is important in the case of first aid, is also displayed on a locked phone. The SOS card also includes the option of calling an emergency medical service on line 155, and thanks to geolocation, it will be possible to determine the exact location where you are.

In this section you have the opportunity to contact our Call Center from Slovakia and EU countries, you can also write to us or visit us at any branch shown in the list.

Settings
In the settings you can change your PIN code, add / change your photo and photos of your children. At the same time, you have the option of disabling / enabling sent notifications and logging in using biometrics.

Security
Mobile communication is secured by an access PIN code, thanks to which the data is protected.

Health wallet
Service through which it is possible to draw the benefits provided by VšZP, create a group, add members of the group and apply for reimbursement of costs in accordance with the conditions of use of the product.

Payment
If you are a SZČO or a self-payer, you will get information about the status of your balance account in the Insurance section. At the same time, you will be able to pay insurance premiums or arrears from the annual settlement.
