"Book your next yoga or fitness class with us! We are currently offering virtual classes, outdoor classes (seasonal), and small group classes at our studios in Providence and Bristol. We specialize in heated classes - Original Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates - for all abilities and fitness levels. We offer outdoor classes at various locations around the state of Rhode Island, and our virtual classes can be done from the comfort of your home.

Our classes are all designed with the beginner student in mind. It's ok if you're a little bit stiff or out of shape - our passionate instructors will help you create the changes that you seek and have fun while doing it!
