LEAP is a digital platform developed by the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh that consolidates multiple education management tools into a unified system serving schools, teachers, students, and administrators throughout the state. Rather than requiring users to navigate between separate applications, the platform centralizes access to the information and functions needed for day-to-day school operations and broader educational administration.

The platform includes a governance dashboard offering administrative oversight of school operations and key educational metrics. Through this centralized interface, administrators and authorized users can monitor school functionality, track performance indicators, and maintain awareness of operational status. Comprehensive profile information, organized by stakeholder type—student profiles, teacher profiles, and school profiles—serves as the foundation for all other platform functions, storing relevant data specific to each category and creating a unified repository of educational personnel and institutional information.

LEAP provides attendance tracking capabilities that allow schools to maintain systematic records of student presence and absence. The platform also manages Mid Day Meal functions, consolidating meal coordination and tracking within the system itself.
