Become a member of Club Karwei. This gives you access to extra discounts and saves you points. Use your Club Karwei barcode in the app or link your physical Club Karwei customer card to the app and keep track of all your points.

Online shopping
Discover the shopping convenience of our app. Order your favorite DIY and home products and have them delivered to your home or the hardware store. You can also opt for Click & Collect: you order online and pick up the product at a nearby Karwei hardware store.

Did you know that you can shop thousands of products in our app? Think of curtains, floors, rugs, paint, wallpaper, lamps, garden, furniture, home accessories and decoration. But also everything for the bigger job: for example building materials, (garden) wood, insulation, drilling machines and electricity.

Manage your receipts
You can manage your receipts in the Karwei app. Very handy if, for example, you have bought too much and would like to return it.

Keep paint passport
The paint passport keeps track of which colors of paint you have purchased in the app. Do you have a color mixed at the paint mixing desk? Have your Club Karwei card scanned. Then we will automatically show your purchase in your paint passport. Handy for your next painting job.

Order your favorite home and DIY items and pay via our secure payment options. For example with a Karwei gift card, VVV voucher, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or Klarna.

Choose your own delivery location and date
Have your product(s) delivered on the date you select. Tomorrow, or just when you expect to start your job. You can have your products delivered at home, at the PostNL collection point in our hardware store or another parcel point of your choice. If a product is not in stock online, you can use Click & Collect. This way you can pick up the product at the hardware store near you.

Customer service
Our customer service is ready for you via email, telephone, chat or social media. You can also go to the service counters in our hardware stores.

Return
You can return your order to the hardware store for free. You do not have to register your purchase for this. Take your invoice to one of our hardware stores. Is it not possible to return the product to the DIY store? Register your return online. Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase. Please note: custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.
