Please be advised that from September 2024 Fire is not accepting applications from new personal customers. This is for a period of 18-24 months. Existing customers are not affected by this change as we continue to provide a full service to our current personal customers.

Fire changes everything!

The Fire Personal app is an ideal way to manage your money. As well as a MasterCard debit card that includes real time notifications, you get a sterling and euro account for bank transfers to/from any bank in the UK or Eurozone.

The Fire Personal app includes:

- a sterling and euro account - allowing you to make bank transfers to/from any bank in the UK or euro zone;
- the ability to send and receive payments from your contacts, request funds or share a payment request via another app such as WhatsApp or messenger etc. see who’s #onfire;
- a Fire debit card so you can pay anywhere you see the MasterCard logo;
- real time notifications for payments, requests and lodgements as they arrive in your account.

The registration process is completed when you download the app. This is followed by a validation process during which you provide us with evidence of your identity and address. Fire Financial Services Limited (trading as Fire and fire.com) is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (C58301), and is authorised as an Electronic Money Institution by the Financial Conduct Authority (900983).
