With this app, users can:
• Send appreciations, awards, and submit nominations
• Earn and redeem reward points
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, contests, and programs
• Stay updated on organizational events and activities
• Receive reminders for important action items like reviewing nominations or responding to surveys

Corporate Wellness & Fitness Challenges
Empuls includes an optional corporate wellness module offering activity‑, sleep‑, and fitness‑intensity‑based challenges. With explicit user consent, the app reads limited Health Connect data solely to track challenge participation, maintain accurate leaderboards, and distribute engagement rewards. Empuls does not provide medical advice, health monitoring, diagnosis, or treatment and does not use health data for advertising or profiling.
