The Paulistana Health Platform, e-saudeSP, is a creation of the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo to facilitate access and registration of health information for citizens of São Paulo.
Designed to integrate and make available all the health information involved in SUS care at the municipal level of São Paulo, the app allows citizens to record their health data daily, allowing the monitoring of important information, such as blood pressure measurements and capillary blood glucose, weight record, allergies and continuous use medications.
In addition, the app gathers a large amount of useful health information, such as official guidelines from the Municipal Health Department, storage of the patient's clinical history, and georeferencing to locate health units.
At this time of the New Coronavirus pandemic, the app is configured with the clinical protocols of the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo for the care of citizens with signs and symptoms of Covid-19, to provide the best guidance for the health framework of each citizen. , facilitating access to medical consultations and reducing the crowding of citizens in health units.
