“Doorstep Banking through Universal Touch Point” is a service by which customers can avail many of the banking transaction services through the agents engaged by the bank. It offers convenience to customers to avail banking services at their doorstep. Doorstep Banking is implemented as a product through a mix of technology and agents offering different banking services for the customers of the Public Sector Banks under a single umbrella. The DSB agents would basically render banking non-financial services and
financial services within the norms as stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

2.Delivery of Non-personalised Cheque Books

4.Delivery of Term Deposit Receipt/Acknowledgement
5.TDS / Form 16 Certificate
6.Prepaid instrument/Gift card

Financial Services:
1. Cash Withdrawal
2. Cash Deposit

1. Life Certificate Update (Jeevan Pramaan)
