DIGI - the Butler

Stop the paper industry! Digi - the Butler declares war on paper, because nowadays the information that is usually written down on notes is much easier and, above all, more secure to manage. This structured communication between the office and the construction sites saves time, but above all nerves. Digi puts an end to the lack of time sheets, incomplete documentation and confusion on the construction site.

- Building documentation with photos, measurements, text modules and free text

Construction documentation
The building documentation is done with photos, because a picture is known to say more than 1000 words. The photo can be given a title and it is stored together with the time stamp and the associated employee information directly in the designated folder with project reference.
Alternatively, checklists or free text fields can be used for the construction documentation.
The construction documentation is also possible when the device is offline.

Working time measurement
With just a few clicks, the working time recording can map the activity (travel time, working time and break time) as well as the column structure dynamically with reference to a work order with just a few clicks. The working hours are checked for plausibility.
If a booking has been forgotten, it can be entered using a form.
Working time can also be recorded if the device is currently not connected to the network (WLAN, 3G, LTE), all information is saved and sent automatically as soon as the network connection is restored. This enables live controlling from every construction site.

customer acquisition
The customer registration takes place in a slim form and the data can be filled out automatically with the help of Google Maps.

project acquisition
The projects can be stored with a meaningful title, the planned execution period and the construction site address. Photos can also be added.

Work Order Management
The work orders are assigned to the respective projects and thus also the basis for working time recording and construction documentation. A daily planning and column planning is possible. A risk assessment can also be stored.

access permissions
The app has a comprehensive authorization concept, which makes it possible to show or hide any button, depending on which user is logged on. This allows you to optimally adapt the app to the hierarchy structure and internal work processes.
