If you’re enrolled in a Remote Care program, your data is also securely shared with your care team for personalized support.

Brook collects health information in the background and through quick chat messaging, continuously analyzing your data to make personalized health recommendations.

Through Brook, you can also chat with our Health Coaches - skilled nutritionists, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other health professionals available for live chat every weekday. They even answer questions on the weekends so you can get the support and guidance you need for success.
