The application is designed exclusively for Avis chauffeurs to manage assigned duties, trips, and rental agreements in a seamless and fully digital manner. It enables chauffeurs to start, monitor, and complete trips while ensuring accurate and efficient trip execution.

During an active duty, the app utilizes GPS enabled foreground and background services to support real time trip tracking, navigation assistance, and operational visibility. This functionality is essential for live trip management and ensures that trip progress is accurately recorded and shared with the system. A persistent notification is displayed to the user whenever tracking is active, clearly indicating that a trip is in progress and location services are being used.

The application also supports automated trip sheet generation, where all trip details are captured and securely uploaded to the system for faster processing and closure of rental agreements. All user and trip related data is handled with strict security measures to ensure it remains protected and inaccessible to unauthorized users.
