Health Connect Integration
42 integrates with Health Connect by Android to securely access and sync your health data from multiple sources, including Fitbit, Garmin, and other wearable devices of your choice. With your permission, 42 uses this data exclusively to calculate your Daily Optimization Score - an assessment metric that evaluates how closely your daily physical activities, sleep health, and heart rate patterns align with evidence-based standards :

- Physical activities: 42 uses physical activity data (steps, distance, floors climbed, sedentary time, exercise duration, exercise time and exercise intensity) to calculate the Daily Optimization Score. This score provides users with personalized insights on movement and activity balance. Data is not used for any other purpose.
- Sleep health: 42 uses sleep data (total duration, efficiency, and daily sleep patterns) as inputs into the Daily Optimization Score. These metrics help provide personalized insights on recovery, circadian rhythm, and readiness. Data is used only to support this functionality.
- Heart rate activity: 42 uses heart rate data (resting levels, variability, and changes during activities) to calculate the Daily Optimization Score. This helps users understand recovery, activity response, and overall daily readiness. Data is not used beyond this declared purpose.

By integrating these factors, 42 gives you most personalized actionable insights and recommendations to achieve your chosen health goal.
